Mr. Pradeep Kumar Kheruka is the Executive Chairman of the Company and is associated with the Company since incorporation. He has over five decades of experience in the glass industry. He possesses a multifaceted experience in strategy formulation and implementation, setting up of projects, planning and execution. He has a firm grip over the technicalities pertaining to manufacturing and production of soda lime flat glass, as well as borosilicate drawn, blown and pressed glass. He has immense knowledge in marketing of glass products in the domestic and international market. His experience and expertise are invaluable to the Company.

Mr. Shreevar Kheruka is a Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company, and a Managing Director & CEO of Borosil Limited. He is a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from College of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has close to two decades of corporate experience in the areas of General Management, Strategy & Business, Governance, Finance & Risk Management. Under his leadership, Borosil Limited has evolved from a single product and single brand organization to a multi- product, multi brand, multi-channel and international consumer centric organization. He was nominated as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum in Davos and has also been awarded by the Economic Times as a '40 under Forty' top business leader in India.

Mr. Ashok Jain has more than four decades of experience in corporate sector. He is serving as a Whole Time Director of the Company since February, 2020. He had a longstanding association with Gujarat Borosil Limited, which amalgamated with the Company in the year 2020. With decades of experience in the glass industry, he has played a crucial role in achieving numerous milestones for the Company. He has been instrumental in Company’s overseas acquisition and fund-raising related assignments, and has contributed significantly to the overall growth of the Company. He fulfils various responsibilities, including overseeing functions relating to finance, sales, commercial operations and general management.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Pradeep Bhide is an Independent Director of the Company since February 2020. He is a Science and Law graduate from Delhi University, has done his Master’s in Business Administration from IGNOU. He is enrolled as an Advocate with Delhi Bar Council. Mr. Bhide joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973 and has served for 37 years. He held a series of increasingly senior positions at the State and Central levels. He worked as Secretary for Department of Finance and then Department of Energy of Andhra Pradesh. He was a Deputy Secretary / Director in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance and served as Advisor to India’s Executive Director to the International Board for Reconstruction and Development, Washington. Mr. Bhide then served as Additional Secretary / Special Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government before being appointed as Secretary in the Department of Disinvestment with the Ministry of Finance. He retired as Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance in January 2010, a position which he held from June 2007.

Mr. Raj Kumar Jain is an Independent Director of the Company since February 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Dayanand College, Rajasthan University and is a practicing-chartered accountant. He has a wide experience in Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit, Revenue Audit, Stock Audit and has specialization in Investigation Audit.

Mr. Syed Asif Ibrahim is an Independent Director of the Company since February 2020. He holds a Master of Arts degree in History from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He was the former director of the Intelligence Bureau, the main internal intelligence agency of India.

Ms. Shalini Kamath is an Independent Director of the Company since February 2020, and has close to three decades of work experience in three distinct fields – Human Resources, Business Development and Social & Community Development and across two continents – India and Africa. She is a certified and practicing ‘CEO & Leadership Coach’.
Ms Kamath’s Human Resources (HR) career spans close to a decade and half with Group HR Head positions for Chevron Texaco India, Star India, KPMG India and Ambit Holdings. She was a key member of the Executive Leadership Team in each of her assignments. She was a ‘Strategic Partner’ to the businesses in providing business linked people solutions through change, renewal and transformation. In addition, her role in managing the corporate communications function at Ambit Holdings has given her the experience in building a strong corporate brand, both externally and internally.
Prior to her roles in HR, Ms Kamath was the Deputy Marketing Director at Raytheon India. She began her working career in Zambia and Botswana. Over a decade, she worked with the Governments of both the countries on several educational and social & community development projects. She acquired extensive experience in tripartite partnership projects related to community-oriented income generation programs.
Ms Kamath is an MBA graduate from Edinburgh Business School, UK. She has been trained at Harvard Business School in change and transformation. She is an alumnus of CSC Global leadership program and a certified Zenger Folkman Leadership4you trainer & facilitator.

Mr. Haigreve Khaitan is an Independent Director of the Company since February 2020. He is a Partner of Khaitan & Co. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has led some of the most high-profile and challenging matters in India across industries, be it for companies, financial institutions and boards of directors. He has been consistently recommended by the world's leading accreditation bodies as one of the most prominent lawyers in the country, describing him as an "outstanding lawyer" who is "extremely good and very sharp when it comes to large transactions".

Mr. Sunil Roongta is a Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. In a career spanning over a decade at the Borosil Group, he has held various senior roles in the finance & commercial functions at the Company’s manufacturing plant. He is a seasoned finance professional and brings with him robust experience in the field of Finance, Commercial, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, business strategy, etc.
